生成對抗網絡(Generative Adversarial Networks,縮寫為GAN)是一種深度學習模型,用於生成具有逼真度的新數據樣本。
GAN由兩個主要組件組成:生成器(Generator)和判別器(Discriminator)。這兩個組件彼此進行對抗訓練,以達到更好的生成效果。
生成器的目標是從隨機噪聲輸入生成與訓練數據相似的新樣本。它通過逐步提高生成樣本的逼真度來進行訓練。生成器接收隨機向量作為輸入,並將其轉換為與訓練數據相似的輸出。生成器的目標是讓生成的樣本能夠騙過判別器。
判別器的目標是區分生成的樣本與真實訓練數據。它接收生成器生成的樣本以及真實訓練數據作為輸入,並試圖將其分類為真實或假的。判別器通過不斷提高其分辨真實樣本和生成樣本的能力來進行訓練。
通過這種對抗訓練的方式,生成器和判別器相互競爭並相互改進。生成器努力生成更真實的樣本,以愚弄判別器。同時,判別器努力提高自己的能力,以更好地區分真實樣本和生成樣本。
通過這種訓練過程,GAN可以生成具有逼真度的新數據樣本,如圖像、音頻或文本。GAN已被廣泛應用於圖像生成、影像修復、風格轉換等領域,並取得了顯著的成果。
