作者簡介

Vikas Garg, PhD, is Assistant Director of the Executive Programs Management Domain at Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has an almost 20+ years of experience and has more than 10 PhD scholars currently under his guidance. He has published numerous research papers in various Scopus- and ABDC-indexed international and national journals. He is acting as Associate Editor of the Journal of Sustainable Finance and Investment, (indexed in the WoS and Scopus). He is also acting as the Book Series Editor for Taylor and Francis for three books series: Technology Innovations: Strategies for Business Sustainability and Growth; Emerging Trends in Technology in Management and Commerce; and Electronic Commerce Management for Business. He has been working with new innovative ideas in the field of patents and copyrights. He has been the lead organizer in conducting various international conferences, workshops, and case study competitions, including those affiliated with IEEE. He has been conferred with many national and international awards for being best academician, researcher, and employee.

Dr. Richa Goel is Associate Professor-Economics and International Business at SCMS NOIDA, SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL DEEMED UNIVERSITY, PUNE. She is a Gold Medalist in her Master of Economics and Ph.D. in Management where she worked for almost 6 years in the area of Diversity Management. She has a journey of almost 23+ years in academics. She is working in joint collaborations with a few International Researchers on various projects related to E- Shiksha, Women Empowerment, and SDG. Her fourth project which is on Business Model for the Inclusive Banking sector has been appreciated by the Ministry of Finance, NEW-ZEALAND, and has been proposed further to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. She has to her credit numerous Research Papers in UGC, SCOPUS, and ABDC publications in reputed national and international journals accompanied by hundreds of Research participation in International/National Conferences including FDP, MDP, and Symposiums along with serving as a member of review committees for conferences and journals. She is handling many Scopus International Peer Reviewed Journals as Lead Editor for regular and special issue journals. She is acting as the special issue Editor of the Journal of Sustainable Finance and Investment, JSFI is abstracted and indexed in the Chartered Association of Business Schools Academic Journal Guide (2018 edition) and Scopus, Print ISSN: 2043-0795 Online ISSN: 2043-0809. According to SCImago Journal Rank (SJR), this journal is ranked 0.52 under Q1 category. She was also acting as the Editor for Amity Global Business Review-Journal. Dr. Pooja Tiwari is working as an Associate Professor in School of Business Studies, Sharda University. Dr. Pooja Tiwari has an experience of more than 15 years in teaching and research. She holds a doctorate degree from Gautam Buddha Univeristy, Greater Noida. She has published 15 research papers in Scopus indexed Journal and one in SCI indexed journal. She has also published numerous research papers in UGC indexed journals and has 14 copyrights in her name. She has presented and participated in many National and International conferences (IIT, IIMs Conferences). Dr Pooja has also written chapters in books published by Taylor and Francis, IGI, Springer and Emerald. Her teaching engagements have been in Talent Management, Employee Relations and labour laws, Performance management, Human Resource Management and International HRM.

Assist. Prof. Esra SİPAHİ DÖNGÜL graduated from Istanbul Gelisim University Business Administration Doctorate Program. Her expert areas of management, business, corporate social responsibility, organization. She has a strong background in research activities in management and organization areas. She has published many articles in the field and has also attended and presented at numerous international conferences. She is Assoc. Editor of Heliyon/Elsevier Scopus indexed journal. Also, she has good skills in meta-analysis, Artificial Intelligence Applications, statistical analysis, administrative applications. Her brilliant personal Strengths are extremely self-motivated.
