Ezzat G. Bakhoum (Senior Member, IEEE) earned a BS in electrical engineering from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, in 1986, and MS and PhD degrees in electrical engineering from Duke University, Durham, NC, USA, in 1989 and 1994, respectively.
From 1994-1996, he was a Senior Engineer and managing partner with ESD Research, Inc., Research Triangle Park, Durham, North Carolina. From 1996-2000, he was a Senior Engineer with Lockheed Martin/L3 Communications, Inc., Camden, NJ, USA. From 2000-2005, he was a lecturer with the Electrical Engineering Department, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ, USA. He is currently a professor at the University of West Florida, Pensacola, FL, USA.
