Himanshu Bhalla is a seasoned Software Architect at Intel Corporation's Client Computing Group in Bengaluru, India. A graduate in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT-BHU, he boasts nearly 20 years of expertise in software architecture, design, and development, focusing on Bluetooth(R) and wireless technologies. He began at a startup, Impulsesoft, a pioneer in Bluetooth based audio headsets, then moved to Broadcom as Bluetooth technology architect for Samsung Tizen DTV. His contributions to Wi-Fi Direct Services (WFDS) and Wi-Fi Alliance are notable. At Intel, he shaped the Wi-Fi Serial Bus (WSB) standard and pioneered MAUSB (Media Agnostic USB) technology. Bhalla played a pivotal role in defining the LE Audio standard, earning "Outstanding New Contributor of the Year" from Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) in 2018. He led the Bluetooth SIG Internet Working Group, advised the Bluetooth Architecture Review Board (BARB), and critiqued 50+ Bluetooth SIG specifications. An inventor with multiple USPTO patents, Bhalla credits his work as a tribute to technology and its community.
Oren Haggai is a wireless systems expert at Apple, specializing in Bluetooth(R) technology with over 25 years of expertise.
