Shuai Liu received the B.Sc. degree in mathematics and applied mathematics from the Ludong University, Yantai, China, in 2011, the M.Sc. degree in mathematics and applied mathematics from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Shanghai, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree in system analysis and integration from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Shanghai, China, in 2018. From Jan. 2017 to Nov. 2018, she was a visiting Ph.D. student with the Department of Computer Science, Brunel University London, Uxbridge, U.K. From Jun. 2018 to Aug. 2021, she was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with the Department of Control Science and Engineering, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Shanghai, China. She is currently an Associate Research Professor with the College of Science, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Shanghai, China. She has authored or coauthored more than 30 papers in refereed international journals. Her current research interests include sensor networks, complex networks, information fusion, as well as data security and privacy protection. Dr. Liu was the recipient of the National Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Scholars of China. She is currently a reviewer for some international journals.

Zidong Wang is a Professor of Dynamical Systems and Computing at Brunel University London, West London, United Kingdom. He was born in 1966 in Yangzhou, Jiangsu, China. He received the BSc degree in Mathematics in 1986 from Suzhou University, Suzhou, the MSc degree in Applied Mathematics in 1990 and the PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1994, both from Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing. He was appointed as Lecturer in 1990 and Associate Professor in 1994 at Nanjing University of Science and Technology. From January 1997 to December 1998, he was an Alexander von Humboldt research fellow with the Control Engineering Laboratory, Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany. From January 1999 to February 2001, he was a Lecturer with the Department of Mathematics, University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. From March 2001 to July 2002, he was a University Senior Research Fellow with the School of Mathematical and Information Sciences, Coventry University, U.K. In August 2002, he joined the Department of Computer Science, Brunel University London, U.K., as a Lecturer, and was then promoted to a Reader in September 2003 and to a Chair Professor in July 2007. Professor Wang's research interests include dynamical systems, signal processing, bioinformatics, control theory and applications. He has published more than 600 papers in refereed international journals. He was awarded the Humboldt research fellowship in 1996 from Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, the JSPS Research Fellowship in 1998 from Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, and the William Mong Visiting Research Fellowship in 2002 from the University of Hong Kong. He was a recipient of the State Natural Science Award from the State Council of China in 2014 and the Outstanding Science and Technology Development Awards (once in 2005 and twice in 1997) from the National Education Committee of China. He was nominated an appreciated reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing in 2006- 2008 and 2011, an appreciated reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems in 2008, an outstanding reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control in 2004 and for the journal Automatica in 2000.

Guoliang Wei received the B.Sc. degree in mathematics from Henan Normal University, Xinxiang, China, in 1997, and the M.Sc. degree in applied mathematics and the Ph.D. degree in control engineering from Donghua University, Shanghai, China, in 2005 and 2008, respectively. He is currently a Professor with the Business School, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Shanghai, China. From March 2010 to May 2011, he was an Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellow with the Institute for Automatic Control and Complex Systems, University of Duisburg-Essen, Duisburg, Germany. From March 2009 to February 2010, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Department of Information Systems and Computing, Brunel University, Uxbridge, U.K., sponsored by the Leverhulme Trust of the U.K. From June 2007 to August 2007, he was a Research Assistant with the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. From March 2008 to May 2008, he was a Research Assistant with the City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong. He has published more than 100 papers in refereed international journals. His research interests include nonlinear systems, stochastic systems, and bioinformatics. Prof. Wei is a very active reviewer for many international journals.

**劉帥**於2011年獲得中國煙台魯東大學數學與應用數學學士學位，2014年獲得中國上海科技大學數學與應用數學碩士學位，2018年獲得中國上海科技大學系統分析與整合博士學位。2017年1月至2018年11月，她曾在英國倫敦布魯內爾大學計算機科學系擔任訪問博士生。2018年6月至2021年8月，她在中國上海科技大學控制科學與工程系擔任博士後研究員。她目前是中國上海科技大學科學學院的副研究教授。她已在國際同行評審期刊上發表或共同發表超過30篇論文。她目前的研究興趣包括傳感器網絡、複雜網絡、信息融合以及數據安全和隱私保護。劉博士曾獲得中國國家博士後創新人才獎學金。她目前是一些國際期刊的審稿人。

**魏國良**於1997年獲得中國河南師範大學數學學士學位，2005年獲得中國東華大學應用數學碩士學位，2008年獲得控制工程博士學位。他目前是中國上海科技大學商學院的教授。2010年3月至2011年5月，他在德國杜伊斯堡-埃森大學自動控制與複雜系統研究所擔任亞歷山大·馮·洪堡研究員。2009年3月至2010年2月，他在英國倫敦布魯內爾大學信息系統與計算系擔任博士後研究員，受英國Leverhulme Trust資助。2007年6月至2007年8月，他在香港大學擔任研究助理。2008年3月至2008年5月，他在香港城市大學擔任研究助理。他已在國際同行評審期刊上發表超過100篇論文。他的研究興趣包括非線性系統、隨機系統和生物信息學。魏教授是許多國際期刊的活躍審稿人。
