Thomas Klein is an artificial intelligence expert and Director of Technology Strategy at Microsoft. Based in the United States, he supports major organizations in their strategic adoption of AI, with particular expertise in the digital transformation of the healthcare sector.

A graduate of Télécom Nancy, one of France's leading engineering schools, Thomas Klein completed his education in the United Kingdom at the University of Leicester. He later trained in artificial intelligence applied to healthcare through Executive Education programs at MIT and Harvard, deepening the expertise he had built through years of hands-on project work in hospitals and healthcare organizations.

He began his career as a consultant, contributing to major digital transformation projects for the French government, and went on to serve as Director of Digital Transformation, leading projects for European institutions. His commitment to AI in healthcare took concrete form with the implementation of the world's first solution combining mixed reality and artificial intelligence to help children with autism develop their social skills, an innovation that reflects his conviction that technology should serve human well-being and inclusion.
