Willis D. Weight, Ph.D, P.E., is Professor of Engineering at Carroll College in Helena, Montana, where he leads the Environmental Engineering Track and teaches a variety of hydrology, hydrogeology, and groundwater courses. He is also President of WDW Writing, Consulting & Planning Inc. Dr. Weight is active in the National Ground Water Association and the American Water Resources Association and presents at conferences around the world.
