作者簡介
Byunghun Lee received the B.S. degree from Korea University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2008, and the M.S. degree from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 2010. From 2010 to 2011, he worked on wireless power transfer systems for electric vehicles at KAIST as a research engineer. He also received his Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in 2017. From 2017 to 2021, he was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering at Incheon National University, Incheon, South Korea. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at Hanyang University, affiliated with the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Nanoscale Semiconductor Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence Semiconductor Engineering, and is the director of the BCAS Lab. He served as the General Chair of IEEE Wireless Power Week (WPW) 2020 in South Korea. He currently serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems (TBCAS).
Hyun-Su Lee received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in 2018, 2021, and 2025, respectively, in electrical engineering from Korea University, Seoul, South Korea, where he is now working as a Post-Doctoral Researcher. His current research interests include the design of biomedical IC for ultrasound systems, wireless power/data transfer, and stimulation/recordings. Dr. Lee was a recipient of the Korean President's Award (1st) in the 23rd Korea Semiconductor Design Competition, South Korea in 2022, and the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) Pre-Doctoral Grant in 2023. Additionally, he was a recipient of the IEEE International Solid States Circuits Conference (ISSCC) Student Travel Grant Award in 2024 and the IEEE Solid-State Circuits Society (SSCS) Predoctoral Achievement Award for 2024-2025.
Junhyuck Lee received the B.S. degree in display engineering in 2022 from Dankook University, Cheonan, South Korea. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering at Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea. His research interests include the design of wireless power and data transfer systems for biomedical applications.
Hyung-Min Lee received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering (summa cum laude) from Korea University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2006, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Daejeon, South Korea, in 2008, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, in 2014.
From 2014 to 2015, he was with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA, USA, as a Post-Doctoral Researcher. From 2015 to 2017, he was with the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center, Yorktown Heights, NY, USA, as a Research Staff Member. In 2017, he joined the School of Electrical Engineering, Korea University, Seoul, South Korea, where he is currently an Associate Professor. His research area includes analog/mixed-signal IC and microsystem design for biomedical, sensor, power management, display/touch, and neuromorphic applications.
Prof. Lee was a recipient of the Silver Prizes in 16th and 18th Human-Tech Thesis Prize Contest from Samsung Electronics, South Korea, in 2010 and 2012, respectively, and the Commendation Award in the 4th Outstanding Student Research Award from TSMC, Taiwan, in 2010. Also, he was a co-recipient of the Best Design Award from Asia and South Pacific Design Automation Conference (ASP-DAC) in 2018, the Outstanding Student Paper Award from IEEE Custom Integrated Circuits Conference (CICC) in 2023, and IEEE SSCS-Brain Best Paper Award in 2024. He currently serves as an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems (TBioCAS) and IEEE Open Journal of Circuits and Systems (OJCAS). He also serves as a technical program committee member of IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC).
