This book constitutes the proceedings of the 24th International Conference on Perspectives in Business Informatics Research, BIR 2025, which took place in Riga, Latvia, in September 2025. The central theme of BIR 2025 was "Bridging Knowledge, Process, and Systems for Responsible Digital Transformation".

The 18 full papers and 5 short papers included in the proceedings were carefully reviewed and selected from 61 submissions. They were organized in topical sections as follows: Intelligent Decision-Making and Data Management; Human Factors and Well-Being in Digital Systems; Enterprise Architecture; Modeling and Governing Adaptive Organizations; Process Mining and Digital Twin Perspectives; LLM and Generative AI in Modeling and Engineering; Smart Life; and Structuring Security for Responsible Digital Systems.
