Valery Engel Visiting Scholar of the Center for the Study of Genocide and Human Rights (CGHR) Rutgers University, New Jersey U.S., Consultant of the Countering Terrorism Section UN Counter-Terrorism Centre, the senior fellow of Far-Right Analytical Network (UK) and member of the Global Research Network of the U.N. Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate. He is the author of 11 monographs and the chief editor and scientific director of the ECDD project Civic Nation.
