Dr. Weiping Ding received Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China, in 2013. From 2014 to 2015, he is a postdoctoral researcher at the Brain Research Center, National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. In 2016, He was a visiting scholar at National University of Singapore, Singapore. From 2017 to 2018, he was a visiting professor at University of Technology Sydney, Ultimo, NSW, Australia. Now, he is a professor of School of Information Science and Technology, Nantong University, China. His research interests include deep neural networks, multimodal machine learning, and medical images analysis. He has published over 200 articles, including over 90 IEEE journal papers, such as IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation.

Dr. Amlan Chakrabarti is a professor and the director of the A K Choudhury School of Information Technology at the University of Calcutta. He is also the former dean, faculty of Engineering and Technology of his University during (2016-2019). He completed M.Tech. from the University of Calcutta (2001) and did Ph.D. from the same University in association with ISI, Kolkata (2010). He was a post-doctoral fellow at the School of Engineering, Princeton University, USA, during 2011-2012. He has almost 20 years of experience in Engineering Education and Research. He received the DST BOYSCAST fellowship award in Engineering Science (2011), Indian National Science Academy (INSA) Visiting Faculty Fellowship (2014), JSPS Invitation Research Award (2016), Erasmus Mundus Leaders Award (2017), Hamied Visiting Professorship from University of Cambridge, UK (2018), Siksha Ratna Award by Dept. of Higher Education Govt. of West Bengal (2018), and IBM Quantum Researchers Access Award in 2021.

Dr. Maumita Chakraborty received her B.Tech. degree in Information Technology from University of Kalyani, India, and her M.E. degree in Software Engineering from Jadavpur University, India. She had worked as a Software Engineer in Infosys Technologies Ltd. and then as an associate system engineer in Praxis Softek Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Maumita received her Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Calcutta. She had worked for more than 12 years in Institute of Engineering and Management Kolkata. Currently, she is acting as a professor and head for the Department of Computer Science and Information Technology in University of Engineering and Management Kolkata. Her major research interests include Graph theory and its applications, Data structure and algorithms, Networking, Mobile computing, Blockchain, and many more.

Dr. Shouvik Chakraborty is a lecturer in Computer Science & Technology, In-charge, Machine Intelligence and Computer Vision Laboratory, Women's Polytechnic, Chandernagore, Govt. of West Bengal. His research interests include Soft and Evolutionary Computing, Digital Image Processing, Bio-medical Image Analysis, Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, Optimization Techniques, and Image Encryption. He has published one edited book, several book chapters, and journal articles, and published and presented many research papers at different reputed international and national conferences.

魏平丁博士於2013年獲得中國南京航空航天大學計算機科學博士學位。2014年至2015年，他在台灣新竹的國立交通大學腦研究中心擔任博士後研究員。2016年，他曾是新加坡國立大學的訪問學者。2017年至2018年，他在澳大利亞新南威爾士州的悉尼科技大學擔任訪問教授。目前，他是中國南通大學資訊科學與技術學院的教授。他的研究興趣包括深度神經網絡、多模態機器學習和醫學影像分析。他已發表超過200篇文章，其中包括90篇以上的IEEE期刊論文，如《IEEE模糊系統學報》、《IEEE神經網絡與學習系統學報》、《IEEE控制論學報》和《IEEE進化計算學報》。

阿姆蘭·查克拉巴提博士是加爾各答大學A K Choudhury資訊技術學院的教授及院長。他曾於2016年至2019年間擔任該大學工程與技術學院的院長。他於2001年在加爾各答大學獲得碩士學位，並於2010年在同一大學與印度統計研究所（ISI）合作獲得博士學位。他於2011年至2012年在美國普林斯頓大學工程學院擔任博士後研究員。他在工程教育和研究方面擁有近20年的經驗。他曾獲得2011年工程科學DST BOYSCAST獎學金、2014年印度國家科學院（INSA）訪問教職獎學金、2016年JSPS邀請研究獎、2017年Erasmus Mundus領導者獎、2018年劍橋大學哈米德訪問教授獎以及2018年西孟加拉邦高等教育部的Siksha Ratna獎，並於2021年獲得IBM量子研究人員訪問獎。

毛米塔·查克拉博提博士在印度卡利亞尼大學獲得資訊技術學士學位，並在印度賈達普爾大學獲得軟體工程碩士學位。她曾在Infosys Technologies Ltd.擔任軟體工程師，之後在Praxis Softek Solutions Pvt. Ltd.擔任助理系統工程師。毛米塔在加爾各答大學獲得計算機科學與工程博士學位。她在加爾各答工程與管理學院工作超過12年。目前，她擔任加爾各答工程與管理大學計算機科學與資訊技術系的教授及系主任。她的主要研究興趣包括圖論及其應用、資料結構與演算法、網路、行動計算、區塊鏈等。

舒維克·查克拉博提博士是西孟加拉邦政府查登納戈爾女子理工學院計算機科學與技術講師，負責機器智能與計算機視覺實驗室。他的研究興趣包括軟體與進化計算、數位影像處理、生醫影像分析、模式識別、機器學習、優化技術和影像加密。他已出版一本編輯書籍、數篇書章和期刊文章，並在不同的國際和國內會議上發表和展示了多篇研究論文。
