高校數智轉型是國家戰略和時代發展的需要,是實現高校治理現代化,全面提升教學、科研效能和大學服務水平的重要途經。澳門科技大學從2017 年起踐行新發展理念,全面實施數智轉型發展戰略,創設WeMust 品牌引領轉型,打造軟件基座促進全方位系統集成、深度融合與應用創新,堅持軟件產品化和同步構建健康化運營體系,實現健康運維,通過AI 賦能促進各領域效能提升與軟件平臺服務轉型。在實踐中形成了一整套數智轉型的理念、模式、路徑和體系架構,建立起覆蓋教學、科研、圖書館、招生與註冊、校園支付、校園生活、辦公管理、人力資源服務、財經服務、大數據服務等業務的統一服務平臺、統一數據中心和可持續的技術發展生態,並持續深化和延展。WeMust 的構建與完善是澳門科技大學邁向世界一流大學的重要舉措,正在助力大學實現跨越式發展,有助於提升澳門科技大學的知名度和影響力。
作者簡介
唐嘉樂,澳門執業會計師,公共衛生管理博士。現任澳門科技大學副校長、澳門國際學校校監、科大醫院執行董事。國際天職澳門會計師事務所創始合夥人、澳門發展銀行董事。唐嘉樂博士投身教育事業逾三十年,1999年澳門回歸之後全心加入澳門科技大學,參與初創工作,高度重視科技創新和智慧校園建設,主持大學數智轉型發展規劃,領導WeMust等技術創新項目建設,兼任澳門科技大學資訊科技發展辦公室主任。
