Dr. Nguyen Thi Dieu Linh is the deputy head of Science and Technology Department, Hanoi University of Industry, Vietnam (HaUI). She has more than 20 years of academic experience in electronics, IoT, Smart Garden, and Telecommunication. She obtained her Ph.D. in Information and Communications Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China. Her research interests are in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.

Dr. Shiqi Yu is a associate professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). He received his Ph.D. in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent Systems from the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2007. His main research areas include gait recognition and object detection.

Dr. Ali Selamat is an academician at Malaysia Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. An academic institution established under the cooperation of Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE) to provide Japanese-oriented engineering education in Malaysia. Currently, he is serving as the dean for the institute. His research interests include cloud computing, software security, software engineering, software agents, web engineering, information retrievals, pattern recognition, genetic algorithms, neural networks, and soft-computing. He received his Dr. Eng. degree from Osaka Prefecture University, Japan.

Dr. Duc-Tan Tran is currently working as a professor and vice dean of the faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (FEEE), Phenikaa University, Vietnam. His research interests include representing, processing, analyzing, and communicating information embedded in signals and datasets.

阮氏妙玲博士是越南河內工業大學（HaUI）科學與技術系的副主任。她在電子學、物聯網、智慧花園和電信領域擁有超過20年的學術經驗。她在中國哈爾濱工業大學獲得信息與通信工程博士學位。她的研究興趣包括人工智慧、數據分析、機器學習、深度學習和人工智慧。 余世奇博士是南方科技大學（SUSTech）計算機科學與工程系的副教授。他於2007年在中國科學院自動化研究所獲得模式識別與智能系統博士學位。他的主要研究領域包括步態識別和物體檢測。 阿里·塞拉馬特博士是馬來西亞日本國際技術學院（MJIIT）和馬來西亞科技大學（UTM）的一名學者，位於馬來西亞吉隆坡。該學術機構是在日本國際協力機構（JICA）和馬來西亞高等教育部（MOHE）合作下成立，旨在提供以日本為導向的工程教育。目前，他擔任該學院的院長。他的研究興趣包括雲計算、軟體安全、軟體工程、軟體代理、網頁工程、信息檢索、模式識別、遺傳演算法、神經網絡和軟計算。他在日本大阪府立大學獲得工學博士學位。 陳德坦博士目前擔任越南Phenikaa大學電氣與電子工程學院（FEEE）的教授及副院長。他的研究興趣包括表示、處理、分析和傳遞嵌入在信號和數據集中的信息。
