China's Green Investment in Africa: A State-Centric Corporate Social Responsibility Perspective

Bingyu Liu is an Associate Professor and Director of the Public International Law Institute at China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL). She earned her PhD in law from the University of British Columbia (UBC). Her research covers legal issues relating to climate change and the sustainable overseas investment of multinationals and financial institutions. She gained professional experience at several environmental organizations and government institutions, such as the UNEP, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China and the Research Centre of the Hague Academy of International Law. Her research has been published in periodicals such as Transnational Environmental Law, Review of European, Comparative & International Environmental Law, and The Chinese Journal of Environmental Law.

劉冰玉是中國政法大學（CUPL）公共國際法研究所的副教授及所長。她在不列顛哥倫比亞大學（UBC）獲得法學博士學位。她的研究涵蓋與氣候變遷及跨國企業和金融機構的可持續海外投資相關的法律問題。她曾在多個環保組織和政府機構獲得專業經驗，如聯合國環境規劃署（UNEP）、中國外交部及海牙國際法學院研究中心。她的研究成果已發表於《跨國環境法》、《歐洲、比較與國際環境法評論》及《中國環境法學刊》等期刊。
