作者簡介

Chen Shi is Associate Professor in School of Public Policy and Administration, Assistant Coordinator of The Institute for Population and Development Studies, Associate Coordinator of XJU-HKU Joint Research Center on Population and Sustainable Development, Xi'an Jiaotong University. Her research direction covers land institution, land policy, governance on natural resource, sustainable development. Dr. Shi received her Ph.D. in the Department of Urban Planning and Design, The University of Hong Kong, supervised by Prof. Bo-sin Tan and Prof. Anthony G. O. Yeh. In 2019, she was selected for the "International Postdoctoral Exchange Fellowship Program (Talent-Introduction Program)" supported by China Postdoctoral System, as well as "Young Talents Support Program (Class A)" supported by Xi'an Jiaotong University. In 2021, she won the second prize as the first author in Outstanding Achievement Award in Humanities and Social Sciences in Colleges and Universities of Shaanxi Province.

施晨是西安交通大學公共政策與行政學院的副教授，人口與發展研究所的助理協調員，以及西交大-香港大學人口與可持續發展聯合研究中心的副協調員。她的研究方向涵蓋土地制度、土地政策、自然資源治理和可持續發展。施博士在香港大學城市規劃與設計系獲得博士學位，指導教授為譚博信教授和葉安東教授。2019年，她被選為中國博士後系統支持的「國際博士後交流計畫（人才引進計畫）」以及西安交通大學支持的「青年人才支持計畫（A類）」。2021年，她作為第一作者獲得陝西省高校人文社會科學優秀成果獎的二等獎。
