Huaming Wu (Senior Member, IEEE) received the BE and MS degrees from the Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 2009 and 2011, respectively, both in electrical engineering, and the PhD degree with the highest honor in computer science from Freie Universität Berlin, Germany, in 2015. He is currently a professor with the Center for Applied Mathematics, Tianjin University, China. His research interests include mobile cloud computing, edge computing, Internet of Things, deep learning, complex networks, and DNA storage.

Guohui Tian (Member, IEEE) was born in Hejian, China, in 1969. He received the B.S. degree from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 1990, the M.S. degree from the Shandong University of Technology, Zibo, China, in 1993, and the Ph.D. degree from the School of Automation, Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 1997. From 1999 to 2001, he was a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the School of Mechanical Engineering, Shandong University. From 2003 to 2005, he was a Visiting Professor with the Graduate School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan. He was a Lecturer from 1997 to 1998 and an Associate Professor from 1998 to 2002 with Shandong University, where he is currently a Professor with the School of Control Science and Engineering. His current research interests include service robot, intelligent space, cloud robotics, and brain-inspired intelligent robotics. He is a member of the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society. He is also the Vice-Director of the Intelligence Robot Specialized Committee of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence and the Intelligent Manufacturing System Specialized Committee of Chinese Association for Automation.

Hongqi Yu received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the National University of Defense Technology (NUDT), Changsha, China, in 2000, 2003, and 2007, respectively., He is an Associate Professor at NUDT. He was an Academic Visitor at Center for Biophotonics, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, U.K., from June 2014 to July 2015. His research interests focus around signal processing, SPAD based FLIM system and embedded system.

胡明武（IEEE 高級會員）於 2009 年和 2011 年分別獲得中國哈爾濱工業大學電機工程學士及碩士學位，並於 2015 年在德國柏林自由大學獲得計算機科學博士學位，並獲得最高榮譽。他目前是中國天津大學應用數學中心的教授。他的研究興趣包括移動雲計算、邊緣計算、物聯網、深度學習、複雜網絡和 DNA 存儲。

田國輝（IEEE 會員）於 1969 年出生於中國河間。他於 1990 年獲得中國山東大學的學士學位，1993 年獲得中國山東工業大學的碩士學位，並於 1997 年在中國沈陽的東北大學自動化學院獲得博士學位。1999 年至 2001 年，他在山東大學機械工程學院擔任博士後研究員。2003 年至 2005 年，他在日本東京大學工程研究生院擔任訪問教授。他於 1997 年至 1998 年擔任山東大學的講師，1998 年至 2002 年擔任副教授，目前是山東大學控制科學與工程學院的教授。他目前的研究興趣包括服務機器人、智能空間、雲機器人和腦啟發智能機器人。他是 IEEE 機器人與自動化學會的成員，也是中國人工智能學會智能機器人專業委員會和中國自動化學會智能製造系統專業委員會的副主任。

余宏奇於 2000 年、2003 年和 2007 年分別獲得中國國防科技大學的學士、碩士和博士學位。他是國防科技大學的副教授。2014 年 6 月至 2015 年 7 月，他在英國格拉斯哥的斯特拉斯克萊德大學生物光子學中心擔任學術訪客。他的研究興趣集中在信號處理、基於 SPAD 的 FLIM 系統和嵌入式系統。
