Lingdi Liu is an independent researcher and consultant dedicated to advancing sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) practices. In addition to her professional role, she teaches online courses on SSCM, sharing her expertise with a broader community of learners. She earned her Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from the School of Economics and Management at Beihang University. Her primary research interests lie in the development of sustainable supply chain for smart product-service systems, focusing on the integration of digital technologies to enhance circularity and operational efficiency. Her research has been published in leading international journals, including Computers & Industrial Engineering and Advanced Engineering Informatics.

Wenyan Song is a professor at School of Economics and Management, Beihang University (Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics). His main research interest is Development of Product-Service Systems (PSS). He has published on European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Operations & Production Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Manufacturing Systems, and Journal of Engineering Design, among others. He previously worked on several research projects on development of PSS. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), and worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Technische Universitaet München (TUM), Germany.

劉玲迪是一位獨立研究者和顧問，致力於推進可持續供應鏈管理（Sustainable Supply Chain Management, SSCM）實踐。除了她的專業角色外，她還在線上教授有關SSCM的課程，與更廣泛的學習社群分享她的專業知識。她在北京航空航天大學經濟與管理學院獲得管理科學與工程博士學位。她的主要研究興趣在於為智慧產品服務系統（smart product-service systems）發展可持續供應鏈，專注於數位技術的整合，以提升循環性和運營效率。她的研究已發表於多個國際知名期刊，包括《Computers & Industrial Engineering》和《Advanced Engineering Informatics》。

宋文彥是北京航空航天大學經濟與管理學院的教授。他的主要研究興趣是產品服務系統（Product-Service Systems, PSS）的發展。他曾在《European Journal of Operational Research》、《International Journal of Operations & Production Management》、《Journal of Cleaner Production》、《International Journal of Production Research》、《Journal of Manufacturing Systems》和《Journal of Engineering Design》等期刊上發表過文章。他之前參與了多個有關PSS發展的研究項目。他在上海交通大學獲得工業工程博士學位，並曾在德國慕尼黑工業大學（Technische Universitaet München, TUM）擔任博士後研究員。
