Guoyu Wang is a professor at the School of Philosophy, Fudan University, and dean of the Institute of Technology Ethics for Human Future at Fudan University, China Association for Science and Technology, Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor, Ministry of Education. Her research areas include High-tech Ethics, Bio-medical Ethics, Environmental Ethics, German Philosophy of Technology and Science, Technology, and Culture.

郭宇王是復旦大學哲學學院的教授，並擔任復旦大學人類未來科技倫理研究所所長、中國科學技術協會長江學者特聘教授、教育部的特聘教授。她的研究領域包括高科技倫理、生物醫學倫理、環境倫理、德國科技與科學哲學，以及科技與文化。
