His research focuses on neuroscience, regenerative biology, neurological disorders, ischemic neuroprotection, and the development of real-time sensors for neurotransmitter detection. He holds multiple patents, particularly for compositions that mimic the effects of calorie restriction and ischemic preconditioning. His dedication has earned him accolades such as the Stem Cell Society Singapore Fellowship (2018) and the Best Publication Award from the DBT-Bioinformatics Infrastructure Facility (2014). Dr. Rajanikant actively participates in advisory roles and expert committees, including the Programme Advisory Committee of The Kerala State Council for Science, Technology, and Environment (KSCSTE), and holds editorial positions in leading journals like PLOS ONE. His commitment to fostering scientific collaboration and innovation is evident through his role as an international grant evaluator, reviewer for prestigious publications, and as the organizing chair for key scientific workshops and symposiums.

Dr. Pascaline Pré is a distinguished professor at IMT Atlantique in the Department of Energy Systems and Environment, where she leads the VERTE research group focused on energy valorization from residues and gas conditioning. She coordinates the "Energy and Process Engineering" department at the Carnot M.I.N.E.S Institute. Her research includes developing novel adsorbents, modeling transfer reactions in porous media, and creating processes for green gas production, energy storage, and pollutant capture. Since 2018, Pascaline has overseen the Energy and Process Engineering department and has served on the board of the French Association of Adsorption (AFA). She co-leads the "EnergICs" national program and has been active in the Erasmus Mundus ME3 Master's course.
