Shu-Chuan Chu, Ph.D., is professor, and doctoral supervisor. She graduated from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in 1988 and received a Ph.D. in Faculty of Computer Science, Mathematics, and Engineering from Flinders University, Australia, in 2004. She has 17 years of experience in artificial intelligence research, including intelligent computing, data mining, information hiding, and machine learning. From 2004 to 2013, she worked in the Information Management Department of Cheng Shiu University in Taiwan. During this period, she implemented a total of 8 projects for the National Science Council of Taiwan, including chairing 3 projects and co-hosting 5 projects. From 2009 to 2019, she served as a research fellow and adjunct associate professor in the School of Science and Engineering at Flinders University.

Lingping Kong received a master's degree and Ph.D. degree in computer applied technology, Harbin institute of technology, Shenzhen, China, in 2013, and 2018. She is currently a senior researcher at VSB-Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic. Her research interests include manifold optimization and manifold learning, deep neural network, graph neural network, its applications.

Chien-Ming Chen is currently a professor with the School of Artificial Intelligence, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, China. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, in 2010. He has published about 150 SCI-indexed research articles in refereed journals (including ACM/IMS TDS, IEEE TII, IEEE TDSC, IEEE TPDS, IEEE TIFS, IEEE TITS, IEEE TC, IEEE TMM, IEEE SysJ, IEEE IOTJ, IEEE Networks, ACM TMIS, ACM OSR), 3 edited books, and 17 patents. He is an executive editor/associate editor/editor of many SCI journals (IJCS, S&P, JIFS, JCN, etc.). He is the senior member of IEEE.

Jeng-Shyang Pan is the professor and the dean of Artificial Intelligence Research Institute in Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, China. He also got the part-time work in Shandong University of Science and Technology. He received the B.S. degree in Electronic Engineering from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in 1986, the M.S. degree in Communication Engineering from the National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan in 1988, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, U.K. in 1996. He has published more 500 papers indexed by SCI, the H-Index is 72 and the total cited times are more than 21000. He is the IET fellow, UK, and has been the vice chair of IEEE Tainan Section.

朱樹泉博士是教授及博士生導師。她於1988年畢業於國立台灣科技大學，並於2004年在澳洲弗林德斯大學獲得計算機科學、數學與工程學院的博士學位。她在人工智慧研究方面擁有17年的經驗，包括智能計算、資料探勘、資訊隱藏和機器學習。從2004年到2013年，她在台灣的成功大學資訊管理系工作。在此期間，她為台灣國家科學委員會實施了共8個專案，包括主持3個專案和共同主持5個專案。從2009年到2019年，她擔任弗林德斯大學科學與工程學院的研究員及兼任副教授。

孔靈平於2013年和2018年分別在中國哈爾濱工業大學（深圳）獲得計算機應用技術的碩士和博士學位。她目前是捷克共和國奧斯特拉瓦技術大學的高級研究員。她的研究興趣包括流形優化和流形學習、深度神經網絡、圖神經網絡及其應用。

陳建銘目前是中國南京信息科學與技術大學人工智慧學院的教授。他於2010年在國立清華大學計算機科學系獲得博士學位。他在同行評審的期刊上發表了約150篇SCI索引的研究文章（包括ACM/IMS TDS、IEEE TII、IEEE TDSC、IEEE TPDS、IEEE TIFS、IEEE TITS、IEEE TC、IEEE TMM、IEEE SysJ、IEEE IOTJ、IEEE Networks、ACM TMIS、ACM OSR），編輯了3本書籍，並擁有17項專利。他是多本SCI期刊的執行編輯/副編輯/編輯（IJCS、S&P、JIFS、JCN等）。他是IEEE的資深會員。

潘正祥是中國南京信息科學與技術大學人工智慧研究所的教授及所長。他同時在山東科技大學擔任兼職工作。他於1986年獲得國立台灣科技大學電子工程學士學位，1988年獲得國立交通大學通信工程碩士學位，並於1996年在英國愛丁堡大學獲得電機工程博士學位。他發表了超過500篇被SCI索引的論文，H指數為72，總引用次數超過21000次。他是英國IET的會士，並曾擔任IEEE台南分會的副主席。
