Dr. Hongfei Gu is an assistant professor at the School of International Relations, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS), China. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Political Science from the University of Lódź in Poland, MA in European Studies from the University of Macau and BA in Journalism from Tianjin Foreign Studies University. Prior joining GDUFS, he served as a research fellow at the Polish Studies Center, Xi'an International Studies University (XISU), and postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of European Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). He was a trainee at the Ośrodek Spraw Azjatyckich (Center for Asian Affairs) in University of Lódź (2016-2017) and research assistant in University of Macau (2014-2015). Specializing in Eastern European Politics and China-EU relations, Dr. Gu has published a number of articles in peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes on those topics. His monograph Frustrated Relations?: China with Central and Eastern Europe also published by Springer in 2023. As the winner of a number of research grants from the Ministry of Education (PRC) and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, he has conducted research into European security and defense issues as well as China's cooperation with the Central and Eastern European countries. Dr. Gu is a regular contributor to Chinese and international media, including China Daily, Global Times, China Radio International etc., and has spoken at dozens of international conferences across countries in Asia and Europe.

Dr. Minjia Bian is an assistant professor at the Marxism School of Shanxi Agricultural University (SXAU), China. She obtained her Ph.D. degree in Diplomacy from China Foreign Affairs University (CFAU), MA in International Relations from China Foreign Affairs University (CFAU) and BA in English Studies from Shanxi Agricultural University (SXAU). Specializing in China-EU relations and security governance of the EU, Dr. Bian has published numbers of articles in peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes on those topics in Chinese.

顧洪飛博士是中國廣東外語外貿大學（GDUFS）國際關係學院的助理教授。他在波蘭羅茲大學獲得政治學博士學位，在澳門大學獲得歐洲研究碩士學位，並在天津外國語大學獲得新聞學學士學位。在加入GDUFS之前，他曾擔任西安外國語大學（XISU）波蘭研究中心的研究員，以及中國社會科學院（CASS）歐洲研究所的博士後研究員。他曾在羅茲大學的亞洲事務中心（Ośrodek Spraw Azjatyckich）實習（2016-2017），並在澳門大學擔任研究助理（2014-2015）。顧博士專注於東歐政治和中歐關係，已在同行評審的期刊和編輯書籍上發表多篇文章。他的專著《挫折的關係？中國與中東歐》也於2023年由Springer出版。作為中國教育部和中國博士後科學基金會多項研究計畫的獲獎者，他進行了有關歐洲安全與防務問題以及中國與中東歐國家合作的研究。顧博士是中國和國際媒體的定期撰稿人，包括《中國日報》、《環球時報》、《中國國際廣播電台》等，並在亞洲和歐洲的多個國際會議上發表演講。

邊敏佳博士是中國山西農業大學（SXAU）馬克思主義學院的助理教授。她在中國外交學院（CFAU）獲得外交學博士學位，在中國外交學院（CFAU）獲得國際關係碩士學位，並在山西農業大學（SXAU）獲得英語研究學士學位。邊博士專注於中歐關係和歐盟的安全治理，已在同行評審的期刊和編輯書籍上發表多篇中文文章。
