He is an award-winning research and development professional and methodologist with more than 20 years of experience in both industry and academia. He is a senior member of many organizations, including the IEEE, IAEEEE, IASED, IEDRC and HKSRA, and a fellow member of ISAC. He is also a working group member of IFIP TC 11 - Security and Privacy Protection in Information Processing Systems; Human Aspects of Information Security and Assurance and Information Security Management.
