Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCOE), Pune, India. His work is widely recognized, with numerous publications in reputed, Scopus-indexed international journals and regular presentations at national and global conferences.
Beyond teaching and research, Desale plays key administrative roles at Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust (PCET) and PCCOE, where he serves as Digital Marketing Head and Associate Dean of Management Information Systems (MIS). In these capacities, he applies his technical expertise to enhance digital engagement and optimize data-driven management systems, promoting innovation and operational efficiency across the institution.
