ARTHUR E. JONGSMA, JR., PHD, is Series Editor of the bestselling PracticePlanners(R). He has over five decades experience providing mental health services to inpatient and outpatient clients. He has authored or co-authored over fifty books.

JAMES R. FINLEY, MA, is a mental health and addictions therapist who has conducted individual, couples, family, and group therapy with adults, adolescents, and children in outpatient treatment, foster care, residential, and correctional settings.
