作者簡介

Xiao Guo joined ThoughtWorks in 1999 as a Programmer. He spent many years programming in various languages and helping customers develop software products. Around 2004, he returned to China and helped to establish and grow the China business unit for ThoughtWorks, providing services for both local and global customers. During that period, he spent more time developing operation, strategy and leadership skills, and served as the Managing Director of ThoughtWorks China. In 2011, he took over the Managing Director role of the Asia Pacific Region and served as First Among Equals of the Service and Operation Group, working with the global leadership team to grow the Professional Service business across the globe. Early in 2013, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of ThoughtWorks and has been serving the company in that role since then.

Gary has over 20 years of experience in helping executives, teams and individuals adopt and improve techniques to build humanistic organisations more capable of responding to the increasing pace of change. His passion lies in assisting senior leaders to increase business agility and the alignment of strategy to the delivery of value to customers.

Mike Mason is the global head of Technology at Thoughtworks. Within the Office of the CTO, he advises the CTO and the global leadership team and defines and drives global technology initiatives, analyzing industry and technology trends and innovations and determine ThoughtWorks' Global Technology Strategy. He contributes to Thoughtworks' Technology Radar, a twice-yearly publication that analyzes software industry tools and techniques. Along with other global leaders, he oversees significant initiatives such as our work protecting a free and open Internet and advocating for strong privacy protections for individuals.As a member of the Office of the Chief Commercial Officer, Mike is part of an executive team driving strategic change in the ThoughtWorks business portfolio. He is responsible for integrating technology deeply into client demand strategy and working with the Commercial Directors to bring regional strategies to life. He ensures that ThoughtWorks finds, wins and delivers technically innovative work and that its capabilities match its aspirations and that the community of ThoughtWorks technologists continues to grow and thrive.Previously at ThoughtWorks he was Head of Technology for the Americas region, and he continues to be an active member of Thoughtworks' Technology Advisory Board.
