馬切洛·斯帕尼洛（Marcello Spagnulo）是一位航空工程師。他在太空領域工作了三十年，曾在意大利及國外（荷蘭、法國、圭亞那）的私營企業和政府機構任職。他在戰略與規劃、商業發展、計畫管理和航空航天工程等多個管理職位上工作過。自2009年以來，他已出版三本與太空相關的書籍，其中兩本是與Springer合作出版的。
