It discusses platforms for distance and hybrid learning, immersive technologies, open educational resources, and online encyclopaedias and considers various ways to create an accessible and high-quality educational environment in the context of digital transformation. The second part is "Unleashing Potential: Knowledge Management and Digital Technologies in Higher Education". It presents specific cases on the use of digital technologies for higher education that are already being implemented or can be applied in Ukraine and recommendations for practical use. Third part is "Digital Technologies for Scientists' Advanced Training". The section is dedicated to the implementation of the concept of open science in the training of specialists in various fields, Ukraine's integration into the global educational and scientific community and overcoming barriers to access to knowledge, and covers the issues of teacher evaluation and research assessment.
