Lisheng Dong is a professor of political science. He received his Ph.D. in Political and Social Sciences from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, in 1992. Since then, he has been active in the field of international political science and public administration circles. In 2012, he was awarded the Pierre de Celle Award for the Best Paper by the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration. Since 2015, he has served as chair professor and visiting professor at the Universities of Glasgow, Tartu and Zurich. Lisheng Dong has published 20 academic books and 60 peer-reviewed journal articles and has contributed chapters to 23 books.

董立生是政治學教授。他於1992年在比利時安特衛普大學獲得政治與社會科學博士學位。自那時以來，他一直活躍於國際政治學和公共行政領域。2012年，他獲得國際行政學校與研究所協會頒發的最佳論文皮埃爾·德·塞爾獎。自2015年以來，他擔任格拉斯哥大學、塔爾圖大學和蘇黎世大學的講座教授及訪問教授。董立生已出版20本學術書籍和60篇經過同行評審的期刊文章，並為23本書貢獻了章節。
