Gerhard Köhler is Principal Consultant IT Service Management at Fsas Technologies GmbH with decades of experience in outsourcing and out-tasking on the customer and provider side as well as on the side of the employees affected by outsourcing. Werner Roth is Senior Manager GTM Practice Solutions at NTT DATA and has many years of professional experience in the area of IT tenders on both sides. Lean-agile methods for sales organisations, consulting teams and IT service providers are his passion. Achim Schmidtmann is Professor of Business Information Systems at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Germany. He has been successfully teaching IT services and IT sourcing for more than 15 years and regularly carries out practical projects in cooperation with companies.
