作者簡介

鄧輝 畢業於上海交通大學。曾在華為公司質量與流程IT部任職多年,作為華為IPD領域資深專家,在IPD變革推行、流程適配和系統落地方面有著豐富的實踐經驗,多次獲得公司金牌獎和總裁獎。現任某A股上市公司流程與IT部負責人,在半導體行業深耕10年,主導公司IPD、LTC、ISC等業務變革,流程架構治理和數字化轉型等工作。在海外並購、供應鏈管理、大數據和AI應用等領域也有成功的實踐經驗。
