Huang Xinhua is a Professor-level Senior Engineer, Associate Chairman of the Shanghai Association of Science and Technology, and director of the Environmental Protection Branch of China Construction Machinery Society. His research interests include Environmental Sanitation Machinery and Vehicles. He has published more than 20 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals and five books. He has led more than 10 national and provincial-level research projects, and been selected for the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award twice. He also holds three national patents.

Xie Weixian is a Senior Engineer at Shanghai Landscaping and City Appearance Administrative Bureau, where he focuses on scientific research on and applications of Environmental Sanitation Machinery and Vehicles. He has led the compilation of the 'Shanghai Environmental Sanitation Vehicle Technology and Configuration Requirements' and 'Construction Waste Vehicle Technology and Transportation ManagementRequirements' and other standards, has published more than 10 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals, and has participated in research projects for the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD) and other provincial-level projects.

Sheng Jinliang is a Professor-level Senior Engineer, member of the Technical Committee for Standardization of Urban Environmental Sanitation in China, Vice-Director of the Environmental Protection Branch of China Construction Machinery Society, Vice-Director and Associate Professor at the Environmental Sanitation Machinery Research Institute of Tongji University, and President of Shanghai Tongji Yuanda Environmental Protection Machinery Engineering Co., Ltd. His research interests include Anaerobic Fermentation Pretreatment Technology and Equipment for Kitchen Waste, Aerobic Fermentation Technology and Equipment for Sludge and Kitchen Waste, Intermittent Dynamic Aerobic Fermentation Technology and Equipment (won the NationalScientific and Technological Progress Award (Third Prize) and the Scientific and Technological Progress of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (First Prize)). He has authored more than 40 papers, published two books as assistant editor, and holds more than 30 patents.

Qiu Jiang is a Professor-level Senior Engineer, President of Shanghai Institute of Environmental Engineering Design and Research Co., Ltd., and an expert at the China Environmental Sanitation Association. He has been working in research on and applications of Municipal Environmental Sanitation for more than 20 years, mainly focusing on Water-surface Garbage Treatment and Transportation. He has led four national and provincial research projects, and received the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Awards three times. He has compiled two provincial and ministerial technical standards and specifications, published ten papers and participated in the publication of two books.

黃新華是教授級高級工程師，上海市科學技術協會副會長，中國建築機械學會環保分會主任。他的研究興趣包括環境衛生機械和車輛。他在國內外期刊上發表了20多篇學術論文和五本書籍，主持了10多個國家和省級研究項目，並兩次獲得上海市科技進步獎。他還擁有三項國家專利。

謝維賢是上海市園林綠化和市容管理局的高級工程師，專注於環境衛生機械和車輛的科學研究及應用。他主導編寫了《上海市環境衛生車輛技術與配置要求》和《建築垃圾車輛技術與運輸管理要求》等標準，在國內外期刊上發表了10多篇學術論文，並參與了住房和城鄉建設部（MOHURD）及其他省級項目的研究。

盛金良是教授級高級工程師，中國城市環境衛生標準化技術委員會成員，中國建築機械學會環保分會副主任，同濟大學環境衛生機械研究所副主任及副教授，上海同濟圓大環保機械工程有限公司總裁。他的研究興趣包括廚餘的厭氧發酵預處理技術與設備、污泥和廚餘的好氧發酵技術與設備、間歇性動態好氧發酵技術與設備（獲得國家科技進步獎（三等獎）及住房和城鄉建設部科技進步獎（一等奖））。他已發表40多篇論文，擔任兩本書的助理編輯，並擁有30多項專利。

邱江是教授級高級工程師，上海環境工程設計研究院有限公司總裁，中國環境衛生協會專家。他在市政環境衛生的研究和應用方面工作了20多年，主要專注於水面垃圾的處理和運輸。他主持了四個國家和省級研究項目，三次獲得上海市科技進步獎。他編寫了兩項省級和部級技術標準及規範，發表了十篇論文並參與了兩本書的出版。
